In October 2024, the rooftop bar at La Fantaisie will host an exclusive experience in collaboration with Glenmorangie. To celebrate the launch of their new single malt, “A Tale of Ice Cream,” Glenmorangie offers a unique tasting immersion inspired by the flavors of ice cream. Cocktail and whisky enthusiasts will discover original creations in an exceptional setting in the heart of Paris 9.
A whisky inspired by ice cream
Created by Dr. Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie’s master distiller, “A Tale of Ice Cream” blends the richness and smoothness of single malts with sweet and indulgent flavors reminiscent of ice cream. This whisky features notes of vanilla, caramel, peach melba, with hints of lemon sorbet and coconut.
To enhance these aromas, the Head Bartender at the Bar sur le Toit has designed a menu of exclusive cocktails:
Vanilla-Strawberry: Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream, vanilla, strawberry, and clarified milk.
Mint-Chocolate: Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream, mint liqueur, fresh mint, and chocolate syrup.
Vanilla-Coffee: Glenmorangie A Tale of Ice Cream, red vermouth infused with coffee and vanilla.
